School events with authors are private events, but interested readers can order a signed and personalized book through Once Upon A Time. Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance of the event, unless otherwise noted.

Author Ben Guterson will be visitng schools with Once Upon A Time Bookstore.
About the Book: Eleven-year-old Elizabeth spends Christmas break at Winterhouse Hotel under strange circumstances. There, she discovers that she has magic, and her love of puzzles helps her solve a mystery in this enchanting urban fantasy debut--the first book in a trilogy set in a magical hotel full of secrets.
About the Author: Ben Guterson was born and raised in Seattle. Before working at Microsoft as a Program Manager, Ben spent a decade teaching public school on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico and in rural Colorado. He has written features and book reviews for newspapers, magazines, and websites, as well as a nature-travel guide to the Southwest. Ben and his family live in the foothills of the Cascades east of Seattle. Winterhouse is his first book.
